Overview

From 2016 to 2019, we partnered with PYCO Industries to help bring to life the world’s largest cottonseed plant. Our role included designing and supplying the critical processing equipment such as gins, delinters, gummers, seed cleaner, and lint cleaners for a 2,400-ton-per-day operation. This project laid the foundation for PYCO’s long-term growth into oil production, aligning with their strategic expansion goals.

Challenges & Approach

The scale of the project was unprecedented, with no existing model for a plant of this size and complexity. We collaborated closely with PYCO and their teams to tailor a solution that could support high-volume processing without sacrificing efficiency or reliability. Our team provided both the equipment and on-the-ground installation support, ensuring seamless integration of all components into a unified, high-performance system.
